Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Zenvatrix order. If you are not, we offer a straightforward 30-day return process. Please read the details below before initiating a return.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of the delivery date of your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted unless required by applicable law.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be returned in its original packaging
- The product must be unused or minimally used (no more than 15% consumed)
- The product must not be damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
- Products with more than 15% of the contents consumed
- Products returned without original packaging
- Products that were purchased as part of a final sale or clearly marked non-refundable promotion
- Digital products or gift cards (if applicable)
3. How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your full name, order number, and reason for the return
- We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return authorization number
- Securely package the product and ship it to the address we provide
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service — we are not responsible for items lost in return transit
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged in transit, or defective product). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- The original shipping fee is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- If the refund does not appear within 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrived damaged or you received a defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order at no charge if you contact us before the order has been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled — you would need to initiate a return upon receipt.
8. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.
9. Compliance with US Consumer Law
This policy is provided in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights under applicable US federal and state consumer protection laws, including the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule.
